Ash Wednesday

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 18th. Come begin the sacred season of Lent with us at the Shrine of Saint Joseph.

Mass will be offered in English at 8:00 am or in Spanish at 7:00 pm in the Chapel. The Distribution of Ashes will take place at both Masses and will also be available throughout the day in the Shrine Office.

All are warmly welcome as we turn our hearts to prayer, repentance, and renewal in Christ.

Lenten Reflections: Journey to Holy Week

A Lenten Journey of Conversion with Christ

This Lent, we invite you to step aside from the busyness of life and enter more deeply into the sacred season of grace. This four-week Lenten reflection series is designed to help prepare our hearts for Holy Week by walking with Christ through covenant, conversion of heart, perseverance in faith, and loving surrender.

The series will be offered in the Chapel immediately following the Saturday 5:30 pm Vigil Mass. Each gathering includes Sacred Scripture, the wisdom of the saints, quiet prayer, and guided reflection—providing a peaceful opportunity to remain with the Lord after Mass and allow His Word to speak to the heart.

Whether you are seeking renewal, returning after time away, or simply desiring to grow closer to Christ during Lent, all are welcome. You may attend one evening or join us for the full four-week journey. Stay, listen, and pray. Let this Lent become a sacred journey back to the heart of Christ and His Church.
